The Dears - Meltdown In A Major
Well, I’ve tried to start blogs before. I’m gonna predict this one won’t stick so that when I look it up several years from now to delete it, I don’t feel stupid. This is basically just for me to archive what I’ve been listening to.
The new Dears track is really incredible. It seems to combine the best of the No Cities Left era, with the more Nigel Godrich-esque production of (the superior) Gang Of Losers. Always so dramatic with these guys….. Supposedly, after a signifigant lineup change their new album will be out 10/21 on Maple Music and is called Missiles. I can’t wait.
